KitchenFounder Pro is $249/year. The first 100 members pay $149/year — and that rate never rises, for as long as your membership stays active. When the 100 seats are gone, this price is gone.
Why I'm doing this
I'm Timothy Susanto — Head Chef running F&B across a 450-room dual-property hotel, brewery and conference venue, about $15M a year through the kitchen. I write every KitchenFounder guide myself, between shifts.
Straight answer on the founding rate: I need the first hundred operators to build this around. In exchange for the price, I'm asking for one thing — tell me what's broken. What guide you needed and couldn't find. What the costing workbook doesn't do. What you'd actually pay more for. Founding members get a direct line to me and they shape what I build next.
Everything in Pro
- The full guide library — all 60+ Complete Restaurant Guides I've written. Concept economics, full recipe specs, station layout, prep sheets, supplier logic, menu engineering, launch sequencing.
- Every new guide as I write it — new concepts monthly, no extra cost, for as long as you're a member.
- The toolkit I actually use — recipe costing workbook, prime cost tracker, food waste log, roster and payroll templates. Not blank templates — the same spreadsheets I run against a live P&L.
- Menu engineering reviews — send me your menu and costings, I'll mark it up against a 28–30% food cost target.
- Member pricing on anything I sell outside the library.
Founding members also get
- Rate locked for life — $149/year for as long as you stay subscribed. Lapse and you rejoin at the going rate.
- Direct input on the roadmap — you tell me which concepts and tools get built next.
- First access to HospitalityOS — the WhatsApp-native rostering, clock-in and food cost platform I'm building, when it opens to outside venues.
- Founding Member credit on the site, if you want it.
Who I'm looking for
Working operators. Independent restaurant, café, bar and food truck owners. Single-site and small multi-site. Chefs stepping into a first head chef or ownership role. People who'll actually open the files and tell me what's wrong with them.
Terms
- Annual membership, billed once per year at $149. Cancel any time before renewal.
- Rate held for the life of an unbroken membership. Cancel and return, and you pay the current rate.
- Guides downloaded during your membership stay yours.
- 30-day refund window.
- One licence per venue. Multi-site and group licensing available separately.
- Limited to 100 seats. This listing comes down when they're gone.
I write and cost every guide myself. Some KitchenFounder video and social content is presented by an AI presenter, but the operational content — the numbers, the specs, the workbook — comes from me, on the floor, running a real kitchen.
What you receive
- Complete recipe bible — every dish costed to the gram
- Full monthly and annual P&L model with assumptions
- Staff forecast, roster hours and labour percentage
- Kitchen design, equipment list and daily prep schedule
- Word-for-word service scripts and upsell language
- Customer retention systems and allergen matrix
Who this is for
Head chefs building a new concept, owner-operators reworking a menu that isn't making money, and first-time founders who need the numbers before they sign a lease. Written by a working head chef, not a consultant.
