Digital Products

All guides are instant-download PDFs. Because the file is delivered and accessible immediately, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a guide has been downloaded.

We Will Refund If:

  • Your file is corrupted or fails to download
  • You were charged twice by mistake
  • You bought the wrong guide and haven't downloaded it — contact us within 14 days
  • The guide doesn't match its listing

We Won't Refund If:

  • You've already downloaded it and changed your mind
  • It's been more than 14 days since purchase
  • The guide has been shared or used outside its license
